Policies

  • So that we can maintain a calming setting for all our guests, we ask that all mobile devices be turned to silent or shut off while in the spa.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, so that you may enjoy every moment of your service. Depending on the schedule or service, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.

  • Due to scheduling, we cannot accept walk-in clients. However, we do often accommodate same-day requests—please call to inquire about availability.

  • You can secure a reservation by phone, or in person, using your credit card. Since we strive to provide personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact everyone greatly. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment, or a penalty will apply. Clients with repeated cancellations must pay a deposit in advance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone, in accordance with local, state and federal disability and civil rights laws.

  • Please remember to take your belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost items.

  • Prices and special offers on this menu or our website are subject to change without notice.

  • Gift Cards are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.

  • Merchandise, unopened and in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days with original receipt, for store credit only.
